Description
Puck irrigator for espresso. This tool was created by Michael Cameron (aka strivefortone) and Matt Perger. As they never commercialized it, we started a few years ago to make it by ourselves at the beginning for the Joachim’s barista championship then we got some demand from friends and we ended up selling at the café. This tool has to be used before tamping, gives a cleaner, more complex and closer to the terroir cup.
On the current version, there are 107 inox-made pins. Each one is 1,2mm large.
