Whole beans from the Finca Deborah from Boquete in Panama. It is an advanced nitrogen macerated natural anaerobic geisha. The taste is very subtle and elegant. It is a very complex coffees with notes of jasmine, litchi, rose, raspberry, cherry, cascara, pomelo, grapefruit, orange. It can get very emotional, some of our customers even cry tasting it.
