Description
Whole beans from the farm Auromar, in Panama. It is a lupao varietal in natural process. The Lupao is a hybrid naturally developed, in the Auromar farm. It is close to a geisha varietal. A few hours after roasting, we noticed the following flavors :
- When hot : passionfruit, mango, jasmine, cane juice
- When warm : peach, apricot, very clean, leémon
- When cold : sweet, a bit of fermentation, floral, rose, litchi

We had the chance to visit this farm in 2024 and meet Roberto. It was a very important moment for us as roasters because we really do love the signature of Auromar, which is totally unique. We know this coffee was much appreciated by all our customers. Roberto is an incredibly sweet person.
