Description
Whole beans from the Finca Deborah from Boquete in Panama. It is a washed processed geisha called Terroir. A few hours after roasting, Joachim wrote the following notes about this coffee :
- When hot, it is floral like jasmine.
- When warm, it is still floral and elegant but gets another citrus aspect like lemon and bergamote.
- When cold, it remains very jasmine and wide. The aftertaste is very long and pleasant.

In 2017, 2024 and 2026, we visited Finca Deborah, the farm of Jamison Savage, located in Chiriqui, Panama. When you see the coffee trees in the forest, the care taken to pick the cherries, to process the beans, you understand why these coffees are so amazing and pure.
